- 2 / 5By Greg RempeThis was some of the worst bbq to date. I can't say that this food was even in a smoker... No smoke ring on any of the meats and, more importantly, no smoke flavor at all. There was no noticeable rub or spice profile either.
The ribs were the best of the bunch followed by the pork...The brisket was way over done and was more pot roast than anything else. It was chopped and not sliced.
