  This place is getting run down and understaffed,and it's not that old. Deep dish pizza is always undercooked I had to stop buying it. To make things worse, I still have to wait 10 minutes or more waiting for pizza that's supposed to be hot and ready with 8 other people huddled around the front counter. This is unacceptable

  Easy to order, and always have hot and fresh pizza, ready to go! The employees are always helpful and courteous.
